Product Description

The BPS3M-TDTL-P sensor integrates a high-precision Torque displacement transducer and a Pressure sensing module into a compact industrial-grade device. It features 2 analog inputs, 3 configurable digital outputs, and directly interfaces with PLCs, motor controllers, or data loggers via RS-485/CAN bus protocols. Operating at 10-30V DC with a -40°C to +125°C temperature range, it serves automotive testing, heavy machinery, and robotics applications. The sensor achieves ±0.25% FS torque accuracy and 0.1% pressure resolution, with a 50mm axial displacement measurement range. Its IP67-rated housing enables reliable performance in harsh environments. Advantages include simultaneous multi-parameter monitoring and low hysteresis, while calibration complexity in extreme conditions may require specialized tools. The module supports optional 24V backup battery operation for critical installations.
